  • Sears used to sell a machine that did this back in the 70's. It might have been called the "Router Crafter". There are probably a few floating around.

  • @chudozniks go out and buy a router for $100 and a used lathe stand for $50 - wala!

    What he is using there appears to be a creative solution to not wanting to / being able to spend all the money it costs to buy a real lathe. So I don't think you can actually buy this router lathe all together.  If you're in the states go on Craigslist - I bet you can get all the parts for $100-$150.
