@researchOne23 old post I know, but no you dont vote for these laws, the law merchant is about 3,000 years old. very old indeed and it is codified into a system that is international and agreed upon by the shipping nations as rules of the seas for the exchange of commerce. They are uniform. Problem is now they want to make you a commercial vessel corporation and use the law merchant to control your life rather than the Constitution,the law of the LAND!
