what on earth are you doing with gas pedal man? physics totally unrealistic. set the physics up properly, i.e. if you pumped the gas pedal like that in a real formula car, you would be in the wall instantly. racing is about smoothness, not eratic mess. you have gone to great efforts, so go the whole way and drive properly.

use sound damping foam around the unit that makes the squealing. That should make it a lower frequency thus making it quieter. you will still hear it but not as much.

because he's probably driving a F1 car, and those accelerate fast as hell, and the same goes for braking. 4-5 G's. if you drive a F1 game notice the speed how fast it can change

The sounds come from hi-speed actuators of G-force motion unit. Hi-tone means evidence of quick response. The sound feel not so large when you drive, the video's sounds seems larger than real sound because camera is very close to the actuators when shooting the video. The steering wheel unit is very quiet.
