No US postal service does whatever the fuck they want to do. This bitch that won't even get out the damn truck. I go to track my packages and its at the post office. Over a year this has been going on, and only with my packages. SMH.

i used to work in shipping and they handle the packages the most efficient and safe way possible. Fed Ex employees have to provide their own trucks and get paid by the package, or at least thats the way it is in NC. and they are working until all the packages are off the truck, not when their shift is up

At UPS I had to unload trucks, I had women in the way in the trailer with a female supervisor who insisted I help them when it would've been easier for me to just do the damn thing by myself. They would make you stay when your shift was over and stress hand to surface while telling you to hurry up. At Fed Ex I loaded trucks and was put on a 40' trailer by myself. My Supe was a dick who had nobody help me. Even when I had a toothache killing me they still wanted me to work. Glad I left both jobs.

Sweatin like a mofo in the summer ..... I can't even imagine how hot it was in the daytime. They actually didn't want you to climb in the chute, but I did it all the time. They give you these fuckin safety rules but there was no way you could follow them.
I ve worked in the delivering industry . Cant give the name just not to bash them. We use to throw them just like this guy. Or when we load them we use to drop them cause there was not enough time.
UPS is the worst!! 3 out of 4 items they delivered to my house were broken or damaged.. atleast Fedx always came befor 11am .. Well, where I live, FedEx (delivers WAY faster then ups) & ups (although late sometimes) actually knock on my door, to deliver. But on some instances, they left some of the packages in the door. It's still pretty in-excusable. U obviously knew what U were getting yourself into, when U signed the application for the job, so you shouldn't try & complain now, & treat ppl's packages, like complete shit! There's plenty of ppl, who don't have jobs, that would want those jobs. My bro works for ups.

I get stuff delivered all the time and I would hate that shit happening to me, I was just sharing why this stuff usually happens. No delivery guy has any excuse to treat a package like that despite how much shit they may get from supervisors for not "working fast enough". If a package gets damaged at all, it should be from being handled at the warehouse, not from a delievery guy...

The supervisor I got stuck with was relatively new and already had a shitload of formal complaints while other supervisors that have been there for 10 years haven't had a single one. Even when I did my job perfectly I still got bitched at, this bitch also blamed me for mistakes I never made. They literally had to make shit up to bitch at me for, I've never had a job do that to me before I worked there...I don't know what thats all about.

i used to work in shipping and they handle the packages the most efficient and safe way possible. Fed Ex employees have to provide their own trucks and get paid by the package, or at least thats the way it is in NC. and they are working until all the packages are off the truck, not when their shift is up

At UPS I had to unload trucks, I had women in the way in the trailer with a female supervisor who insisted I help them when it would've been easier for me to just do the damn thing by myself. They would make you stay when your shift was over and stress hand to surface while telling you to hurry up. At Fed Ex I loaded trucks and was put on a 40' trailer by myself. My Supe was a dick who had nobody help me. Even when I had a toothache killing me they still wanted me to work. Glad I left both jobs.

It's getting the attention of the company, letting them know that among their VERY high turnover rate, quality assurance wont increase until the quality of which they treat us is bettered. Call is drastic measures or whatever you want. People have tried forming polls and unions, they don't care about that because the customers keep rolling in; everyone needs a package delivered quick, fast and in a hurry, in spite of our conditions.

@BeeStigg Oh hell yeah. Pretty much every few minutes. I was in Parsippany UPS around 1998 for about 9 months (which is longer than most people stayed). I worked the 11pm to 3am shift. Sweatin like a mofo in the summer ..... I can't even imagine how hot it was in the daytime. They actually didn't want you to climb in the chute, but I did it all the time. They give you these fuckin safety rules but there was no way you could follow them.

Well, where I live, FedEx (delivers WAY faster then ups) & ups (although late sometimes) actually knock on my door, to deliver. But on some instances, they left some of the packages in the door. It's still pretty in-excusable. U obviously knew what U were getting yourself into, when U signed the application for the job, so you shouldn't try & complain now, & treat ppl's packages, like complete shit! There's plenty of ppl, who don't have jobs, that would want those jobs. My bro works for ups.
