@TripleEyedGemini You've basically got three choices here. 1) You can use big bud in its prescribed amounts along with flora nova mixed exactly the way the feeding schedule says it should be. 2) Use a bloom booster that is designed by Gen Hydro who also makes flora nova. 3) Switch to advanced nutes and do what they tell you to do. Best choice is number 2. Whatever you do, you do not need to decrease the bloom nutes. That would more than defeat the purpose of a bloom booster.

I have heard things like pro-mix and sunshine mix are some of the best soil-less mediums to grow in. I'm assuming they have proper amounts of vermiculite or perlite for aeration as well as nutrients, but other than that, do they really allow your plants to grow a lot faster? i know that hydro grows much faster than soil medium but thats because they basically sit right inside of the water.

How about the others costs per pound? They just hype their expensive products, which a big part of the cost is just "hot air", advertising.

Anyhow, Sensi Pro Bloom A and B for Bloom- and I like Fox Farm Big Bloom and Grow Big for veg since it's cheap. Usually go soiless on larger projects.

On smaller, I go organic with Fox Farm soil and Gauno Tea/amended into soil, along with few other goodies in soil. I usually use the gauno tea to upload on first signs of defficiency , and use Pure Blend as main nute. Kinda weak, but buds are soo tasty and not too much flushing since it's organic.

Organic means natural with no man made chemical fertilizers, like manures and composts and things. Advanced nutrients is not organic by any means.
