  • I do that all them time but without the boards, 225 with chains for about 5 reps, But i got 5x5 225 my last set. I am only in high school and i live in arizona i trained with former ASU football player and strength coach. I have seen your guys performanc looks pretty nice.

  • What's up with the chains.

  • The chains help with building muscle, every time one of those little chain links leave the ground it adds weight onto it.
