I think I saw you using the layer by layer technique, that's not a fast technique at all. You should use the Cross technique which is you get the crosses on all of the colors and then just put the corners into place using U-R-Ui-Li-U-Ri-U-L while rotating the top layer so you can just yeah... Get it? It's not the fastest technique but it is a lot faster than the layer by layer
You just need to keep working on it. I've been solving for about two or three months now and my record is 35 seconds. You might want to check out some of my videos.

I'm not a cube freak =( so I didn't really learn or practice faster methods, I practice my guitar instead =)

learn fridrich my friend fridrich method
i was using the same method before
its really hard to break a minuite with that method
but now
i average around 25 secs
and my best is 14 seconds..

it took me one whole day to solve on the first day i got it

wow hes good..after a few days my record was about 2-3 minutes and i practiced a lot.
