lightning struck our plane leaving mallorca for glasgow while taking off into a thunderstorm it cutt the electrics and the plane dropped violently just after the lightning struck the left wing,after bout five seconds the plane was climbing at full throttle was fucking terrified to say the least well done pilot done extremely well.
if this is real which i think it is can a medical pro or lighting specialist or airplane tech pleaz confirm to me tht is is real and if so how can it be possable for ppl to survive such a thing on a plane?
i live 10 minutes outside of dc. it was passover. that storm was crazy. i thought it was even more crazy that there were still more planes flying. if this was miami, nothing would be flying. trust me, don't go to miami in june.

it is real, airplanes are built to handle lightning stirkes ever since the first one happend and a plane went down in the 30's
