We have a Swedish song, Caramelldansen, sped up by a Japanese person/group named Speeycake, which is then combined with a Flash animation of two Popotan manga/anime characters doing a dance - which is then danced by two real girls - (Alodia and Crissey) - who are then cartooned in the style of the original Popotan Caramelldansen video....

The mind boggles.
