I know this song on bass too, and if I´m correct, you only use the second and third strings, and I´ve never seen notes where you have to press various strings at the same time on bass, what I have seen, are single notes.

Nice job, I love this song. Should try working on alternate picking though, it gives the song a "smoother" connection and your arm doesn't get very tired at all using that method.
