@imalovedrunk - I commented on the guitar solo and nothing else. Do you even know what a guitar solo is? How can 3 legends be playing the guitar solo when one is on the drums and the other on a piano? Watched The Who and the Fratellis live last night and in both bands could play a better guitar solo including the drummers.

Whatever happened to the Zemaitis? been meaning to start asking.... They were a hand built British guitar from the late and well respected Tony Zemaitis.

I don't know if Tony custom built the guitar in this clip for Marc, or Marc picked it up as a for sale item.

Anyone know anything?

Marc and his wife June went to see Tony Zemaitis at his home and bought the guitar from him direct with Tony instructing June on how the batteries which were necessary to its operation were fitted as Marc was not that technical. As far as I am aware that guitar now belongs to Paul Macartney

There is some confusion whether the session was in 1972 or 1974. The you tube clip with the Japanese subtitles notes September 1972. Plus, Elton would not have had that much hair in 1974.
