Audi 100 e 1992 2.8 v6. power problem

its not running as it should.

its holding back the power until 4000 revs , when your driving it it pulls well but when you reach 4000 revs it almost doubles in power. when i first had the car six months ago its had all the power there.

iv cleaned: fuel filter, k&n, fuel sensors, spark plugs, and theres no blockage in the cat

please help

@pastytit This is absolutly normal, this engine has a valve that opens at 4k rpms and shortens the air course into the intake lil exemple valve no open = \__/ and valve open ¯¯¯¯ if u take a close look at the intake you will see.
