One does not have to be an artist by profession to benefit from these small acts of creativity. Anyone should try it! Draw a little flower and colour it. Be a happy child again. Art Therapy :)

A happy child. I am getting it now. My little boy asks me to draw cartoon figures and then he colors in. We both gain hours of peace!

Is this the meaning of meditation, lose yourself? When I tried to sit down, my brain could not stop, I could not find the tranquility. But in this coloring, I was lost, happily lost. I was only trying to re-produce the beauty I saw in my dream.
