yes, it's basically Twincest but everyone loves it, they start growing apart though and finding someone other than themselves. The story isn't about them though, you should watch it, it's really good! ~^_^~ Koaru's my favorite!

@natster6996 You're about half-right. For the most part, it's an act they put on for the customers of the Host Club. Kaoru (the younger twin) genuinely develops feelings for is brother, whilst Hikaru (the elder twin) develops feelings for Haruhi, a girl.
