You do realize that French Troops and support is what allowed the US to fight for independence right? Go learn some history first boy, then talk.

The French did help those Colonials, but it was late (very late) in the war, when the fighting was practically over. They set up a blockade in York to keep the British from running, THAT'S ALL. They did that only because they hated the English & were hoping to get a piece of the pie, when it was all over. As you MAY know, they did not. I'll teach you alittle history, Bubba, then you can go to your French buddies and brag about what you know.

The War lasted from 1775-1783. France joined in early 1778 after Saratoga. They were directly involved for 5 of the 8 years of hosilities. Very late in the war? WTF? They were invaluable for waging war against the British in all corners of the globe preventing them from focusing their full military might against the colonies.

What did he do to win the liberal popularity contest again? Oh right. His "extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples." Right. And what evidence exists that those efforts were successful? Us idiots don't have to find a spin to put on the "honor." He didn't deserve it. Maybe if you would face the facts you would realize this.

Obama is a politician and nothing else. He should not be a wartime president because he listens to polls. He only does what is popular and not what is right. Don't people understand that leaving afghanistan is the exact same thing as "losing"?

Outstanding statement made in this video! I applaud others who see the career campaigner for what he really is. But heck...he found 24min today to spend chatting up the situation with McChrystal!! Even after all the heat he's taking in the news on this..he only found less than a half hour for the guy. That's got to be encouraging for our team. He'll probably spend 2 hrs. picking out some good Dutch beer and a few more hrs with Michelle & Oprah having dinner. 24min out of 48hrs! Think about it!!!
