hey i am from jamaica and i am interested in getting my rock hard abs and lean body. however i have been doing some home work out and really would like a program to assit. i havebought dumbells and exercise ball and barbell. but i need help with a programme please assit. i am from Jamaica
nice workout. there is one point you should do a bit better: try to stand firm and don't twist your hips that much. it's not wrong or a problem, but i think you will work your abs even more :-)
I noticed that while I watched the playbacks :( and since then have made a mental effort to focus more on my hips as much as my abs. Thanks for the advice :)
i know it's hard, i have the same problem doing that twisted exercises. you feel like you stand firm but you don't. focusing is a good idea, doing that kind of exercises in front of a mirror did it for me.
That was another thing I did after I made this video. I bought 4 mirrors and have all four strategically placed in my room, so no matter what direction I'm faced, I'll see the workout I'm doing lol

thanks for the videos i had a hard time trying to find a real person ab workout. there are way to many commercial workout
