  • Such a pity this song wasn't used in "Mamma Mia" musical!!

  • Try find Funky Feet. The song B&B made, but they left out.Sounded too much like Dancing Queen...Was later made with their backing tracks by Bennys earlier band member.Svenne&Lotta,Funky Feet.

  • @Kunniatonpaskiainen Hi to find FUNKY FEET also try ALCAZAR, they did an amazing version of that song. i don't know why ABBA didn't release it even as a B side its really good.

  • What a great piece of work. Many thanks for posting. Thanks for all of your efforts

Is it really getting on for 30 yrs ago...

Still must rank as possibly the greatest pop song never to be released.

Wouldn't it be nice if they could be persuaded to release it officially ??

Perhaps as a money spinner for a worthwhile charity like they did with Chiquitita for UNICEF

  • The best version of this song I have heard. Big big thank you from this ABBA fan!! -- Oh how I miss them!

  • how the hell did u get this?!?! i totally love this song!

  • it's a pity they didn't release this song :(

  • This is the very best version out there. It has a more distinct introduction with the two drum beats. Did you do that using your drum kit in the garage?

  • for me this song is much stronger than UNDER ATTACK, and it's also a sign of that dark and sad period for ABBA as they have not been able to detect that, and finally have chosen UNDER ATTACK instead of JUST LIKE THAT, which would have certainly been a huge hit ! Let's pray for a real LAST album, with this song as the title track ! ABBA would blow up the charts once again for sure !

  • Where did the graphic with their four faces in colors come from? It's at the beginning of the video. I love that image.

  • @lcowles it's part of the album to abba's 5th album, simply titled "the album".

  • excellent work

  • The chorus hook of this song is so damn good. I love it. I agree with Benny that the rest of the song (verses) don't measure up to the chorus. I LOVE the version on the box set and thought that with a rework of the verses, it could have been a hit. The harmonies rock.

  • Brilliant .. the best quality that i heard of this one yet,. great mix.. this one is going right to my ABBA collection 100 thumbs UP.. thanks for sharing..:)

  • wow, how did you do this remastering so good!

    sorry for my bad english

  • We have to accept that JLT is a casualty of the dreadful year of 1982. However, one could really listen to this and think it was an ABBA version.

It's odd that they could have a number one with this, even now, any time they wanted.

One criticism though - any way you could rescue Agnetha's na na nas? They are so charming!

  • Many congratulations! Quite extraordinary. I've heard many versions of this song, both based on original ABBA work and made by bands all across Europe and further afield in English and other languages. What you have done is a pearl, as it magnifies subleties in the ABBA originals that got lost because of poor sound quality!

  • I am really impressed the way you have added a definite introduction to this. Most versions of this SLOW version have a fade in. Did you make up that drumbeat yourself at the beginning or is this truly the FULL Version? I am intrigued.

  • What a great song wow

  • Please, tell me from where you got that full version of this song?

  • DO you have any thoughts how these demo versions were ever leaked? Apparently Benny and Bjorn only ever released the saxophone version on the 1994 Box Set. I just wondered if these demo recordings (like the one here) were stolen from the studio.

  • @EddieAlda: Allegedly it was on a tape stolen from Bjorn's car.

  • Sääli,etteivät jaksaneet tehdä tätä loppuun.Lähes samat vibat sain, kun löysin tämän tuubista.Kuuntelin kymmeniä kertoja putkeen.Ihan niinkuin silloin 12-vuotiaana.

Algunas de estas canciones son como I Am The City, You Owe Me One, Under Attack, Hovas Vittne y desde luego Just Like That.

  • I have never heard this song in full. I have only a shorter version of this song. And this is great. Little bit "Under Attack" too. And of course, this is great song! And very good pictures!

  • who's Anna?

  • Agnetha said before that if people coulsnt say Agnetha properly they could call her Anna

  • If this song were recorded and published, i'm sure it would be a great hit! This is one of their best song and their lastest opus. Very touching fot all the fans i think.

The best quality that i heard for this song on YT. Thanks for uploading it.

  • Wasn't this song in the musical Chess?!

Also I like the bit of Under Attack woven into it!

Make it sound like a concept album.

Let's pray Bjorn and Benny can be persuaded to finish this gr8 song!

    Cheers.....

  • I think that's the most beautifull song

    ever.Thanks

  • Thanks for the kind comments. Benny & Bjorn actually did a final mix of "Just Like That" with a saxophone part overdubbed...Part of it (the choruses) was released on the 1994 ABBA box set as part of a 20 minute montage of unreleased and demo material called "ABBA Undeleted." I did a hybrid mix with the choruses of that version with the verses of this version - see the other "Just Like That - Full version w/ Saxophone posted by me on my page or under "Related Videos" at the right.

  • This intro with the drums is not a real version. You can plainly hear the two edits at the beginning. However, the audio is improved.

  • Is this version the original???

i`ve never heard the intro with the drums, but this version the best i`ve ever heard.

    Thank You

  • Thank you so much! Watching this, I was suddenly reminded how much ABBA meant to me when I grew up. They will never tour again, we know that, but how about one final album? Ah, the power of dreams....

  • love all the versions of this song, hope they release it soon. Great video, some terrific pixs.

    Thanks for posting.

    pin

  • one of the best abba songs ever!!!!!!

  • this is just too perfect.

  • Awesome, this is allmost perfect, Great Done ! Make more of ABBA's unreleased Songs to be clear and complete: Thank you very much. Greatest Work ! Best Version ever, real ABBA

  • Great job! This is the best sounding presentation I've heard. Any chance you'll also do the "NaNaNa" version of "Just Like That," with audio restoration?
