Tommy Oliver is the best ranger ever. He's been my favorite ever since I was a kid. Man, I miss the old school power rangers, they have awesome songs, but it was the best moment and best show.

All the comments about the Turbo power are completely right. And what's more, apart from the Green Ranger power Tommy should, in theory, still be able to use the White Ranger and Red Zeo Ranger powers. The Zeo power is never destroyed, and the White Ranger power was only rendered useless because the command center was destroyed, and by the time they repaired everything they already had the Zeo crystal. The Green Ranger power belongs to a clone of Tommy who lives in the past.

He likely was. This was the last season both he and the original team from the beginning worked on the series, and also the first Disney series. He's thanking the rangers for doing their duty...but he's thanking the audience, (or at least the actor is) all the life long fans, the crew, and everyone else for sticking with the series through almost 20 seasons, for making the series popular enough to keep going despite the company change and everything else.

Both rangers used saber-like weapons to call their zords. The Dragon and TigerZord came together with every zord except red ranger's to form the Mega Dragon or Mega Tigerzord.
