Wow pretty lame review from Cnet. The guy doesnt even touch on any of the hardware or performance, but decides to mention he can leave finger prints on it. WEAK REVIEW!
The words "laptop" and "gaming" don't match together.
I bought a laptop for about 2k eur (HP HDX 20''- The Dragon), which is absolutely amazing comparing to other laptops. Than, I bought a desktop-PC (just cpu+mobo+ram+gfx+power supply) for less than 300 eur - and it was almost twice as fast...
don't match thogether? i would argue with that... i prefer laptop for gaming not desktops... i dont care if it is more expensive... i have money. and i like to game anythere... not just in one room...
Did anyone see near the end where he pushed the trackpad and the whole thing went down? The bad things so far that I heard from this laptop is it's finishing and lack of 3D performance for heavy gamers other than that its all well. i've heard some say that there were dents, glue etc. stuck on the laptop. is that true?
my dv6000 heats up quite a bit - so do the Toshibas though i heard - I suppose they all do, thats why they have a fan however ... I wanted to say 18 inches is too damn big and it defeats the purpose of having a laptop - to carry it around a lot. Try lugging this big thing around. I find my 15.4 inch a little too big sometimes but still big enough to watch movies and so I like it.
I'll help you out man. You can send me a private message if you want, so we don't have to fret over typing limits (the character count). What are you mostly into using your computer for? Multimedia such as Recording TV Shows, and Playing Movies, as well as editing Videos and Photographs? Are you more of a Gamer? What is your budget like? Let me know things like that, and I'll help you out.
