@DarkSkysify well, I tried wikipedia and this is a tough one because I always understood mike mcgill to have been the first (thus the name mctwist) but then there's this stuff about billy ruff doing bs 540's but touching his hand down briefly, an 'the unit'...and tony hawk doing fs 540's but soon losing the trick..i'm sure he was one of the first, no doubt..but alas, that fs 540 is even more rare, sawy tony magnusen do one in some contest on Fuel and they referred to it as an 'Egg'. hmm.
@TrashCanSchool yes i agree, most of them knew how to do it but in a different way, magnuson and ventura are og skaters back then with hosoi so all three of them pretty much learn the same tricks
