Press Tab, look at top of the display, Wg: ###/###

If the left one is higher than the right then your overcumbered, click items, drop some useless Misc and other items you dont need, repair your weapons as much as you can and drop the ones that arent worth much at all.

im sorry u cant go around picking up every single one of the millions of tin cans lying free around fallout but at some point you will need to drop them. BTW encumbered means a burden or weight and you cant carry more than that. strength helps

Morrowind didn't have a huge god/robot on your side.

All there was, was a giant robot that you had to walk up to and attack an object in a certain manner thats attached to it. And the first Pirates of the Caribeann game only had a ship to ship fight against the Black Pearl, and was easy as shit.
