You realize each machine an cable is different at the YMCA i can max out the 200lb machine an the one at golds i struggle doing 140 on it.

I am: 16 years old, 5'8 170 lbs..I do 150 lbs (68 kg) for 9 reps. The form gets sloppy on the last rep, but the previous 8 reps i'd rate my form 8.5/10

I am: 6 years old, 3'2 80lbs...I do 425lbs (200kg) for 27 reps. The form never gets sloppy during the reps, i'd rate my form 11/10

50 kg is only about 110. With the V bar I do an easy 140. 150 is were I struggle, but thats the whole stack.

wow..he takes "stuff"..lol. Tricep "pushdowns" with 110lbs is not that impressive. But you have good form and good shape to the tricep.
