  • just saying you guys forgot to attach the other battery you had sitting on the end of the table

  • dude if i completely drain my battery and then charge it for an hour or 2 would it be able to shoot at all, because i ran mine out and its not shooting at all

  • whats a fuse?

  • Does switching volage in your gun (say from 8.4 to 9.6) wear your gun out? I have a g36 and have only used 8.4 and was once told switching to a 9.6 will break the gun? What should I do? I want a faster rate of fire but am not sure if I should switch batteries.

  • i've heard through the grape vine that using a 9.6v battery on a gun that comes stock with an 8.4v will wear down the internals. is it just a minor change? and can i upgrade it so that it wont have a negative effect on my gun? thx in advance,

  • @MRfDestruction If you have a full metal gearbox then that should not happen. Maybe if you use the same STOCK gun for up towards 100,000 shots it could mess it up?

I have owned some 30+ guns, all run with at least a NiMh 9.6 or 10.8 and never had a GEAR WEAR problem. There are always exceptions...

  • are there any batterys that dont overcharge/fry?

  • @Super40jordan

Not to my knowledge. But you can get a good charger and not have to worry about your batteries at all.

Note: batteries do have a "lifetime". In my experience, after about 15 charges batteries begin to lose their power very quickly.

  • @KYairsoft 8.4 is my gun`s stock battery and i can charge it thru the stock charger, howbout the 9.6 how to charge it?

  • that was a big help

  • where did u order your gun from please message me on facebook alejandro pizarro please im hoping to get a response becuase i really like tht gun and im waiting on cristmas to get it so please hit me up

  • @apDrizzzzzy lol. I looked you up on Facebook and got over 100 possibilities. Youre an idiot

  • @apDrizzzzzy

1- Looking you up on Facebook would be pointless. I have a friend with the same name as you... its a common name and I will never find you.

2- I am not here to help you with Christmas wish lists.

3- There are 2 guns in the video. Both are very common weapons that can be found at most stores.

    Best of luck. Google it.

  • @KYairsoft Douchebag just tell him what guns you have...

  • I was wondering how would you attach the fuze?

Because I want to upgrade my battery and I really don't want to hurt my gun so all help would be great.

  • @FTCoolio it is most likely in a plastic tube-thingy somewhere on the wiring. It should already be attached..?

  • i have a 8.4v 1100mah in my mp5 grip

will a 8.4v 1600mah fit in it or is it a little bigger because the 1100mah fits very tightly

  • m8 gd vids but u will and i mean will destroy your internal or external working parts i didn it with 5 guns

  • @KYairsoft I subscribed and gave the video a like. And where can I get a fuse for my gun?

  • @SamWazamTV thanks for the sub!

You do not need a fuse as long as you're using a 9.6v NIMH or less. Just bypass it by connecting the two metal clips that hold the fuse in place.

If you feel unsafe without one you can buy one at Lowes, Ace, or just about any other hardware store.

  • @KYairsoft Hey thanks for the help! And do you play at Ballahack Airsoft sometimes? Because im going there for my birthday! :D

  • @SamWazamTV we have not been there. Maybe some day though. Looks bad ass.

  • @SamWazamTV whats wrong with my battrey i put full charge and it dies real quick?

  • @airsoftalex100 hey either you overcharged it to lng or you undercharge it other than that I don't know what to tell you

  • @airsoftalex100 yep you overcharged it

  • What is the difference between 9.6v 1200 mAh battery and 9.6 2000 mAh battery

  • @briskboy28 Mah determines how long the battery will last. There's an 800mah difference which should transfer into about an extra hour of play. Of course, that depends on your gun and the ammount of shooting you do.

Hope this helped. Please rate, comment, and subscribe.

  • @KYairsoft what about the battery size..is it bigger because i need one that fits in my mp5 grip

  • Dude.. you talked about a charger for 1.40 minutes zzz

  • its called reviewing.... -__-

  • whats the name of that adaptor ypu are holding in your right hand 0:50?

  • @jkkrs Large type tamiya connector. Its usually used in rear-wired guns.

  • I have a thompson m1a1 and it came with a 1100Mah 8.4 volt battery and it only lasted 2 hours when i was waring with the neighbors! Would i be able to use a 9.6 volt battery?

  • how do you know if your gun can handle a 9.6 volt battery? i have a jg g36c, nylon bushings, full metal gearbox,

  • @Zhaobertino as a general rule, any gun can handle a 9.6v nimh battery.

  • I have AK-47 but I have small battery adaptor, how do I get it for big battery?

  • if you dont have a de-charger would it be better off to run the battery dry before charging? or would it be okay to charge the battery after a few uses. i have a 9.6 nun-chuck 1600 mah tenergy battery and smart charger.

  • @raceyouhome use the smart charger. No need to discharge it.

  • PLZ help i started playing airsoft and i think my baterry is starting to lose energy and i suppose i have to charge it but im afraid that ill overcharge the battery i have that axact same battery that you used on the g36c with 1100mAh 8.4v and i dont have a smart charger yet so how long should i charge it? and its output is 8.4v 250MA

  • @dmmmsarith To figure out how long to charge a battery from being completely dead:

(battery capacity (battery's mAh rating)/charger output (mA - usually written on the charger)) x 1.4(for NiCad batteries, 1.5 for NiMh batteries) = time (in hours).

In this case you get 1100/240X1.5

1100/240x1.5=5.5 hours or 6 hours and 50ish mins.

  • @dmmmsarith rate, comment, and subscribe, dude.

  • @dmmmsarith Is your battery a NiCad? of so, then you must kill that battery before recharging it. make you charge it for a the maximum 5.5 hours. if you dont charge it all the way then your battery will not hold its charge as well. NiCads have memory. NiMH and Lithium ions have no memory

  • @TheItalianPerson huh no i have a Mi-MH a least says on the battery hmm mine axact same size and blue its made by J.G works with 7 1.2 V batterys :/

  • @TheItalianPerson i recommend a lithium polymer battery or a NiMH because they are simply awesome

  • G36s are the way to go. They are so much better than advertised.

  • @NineteenNinetySevenL it might wreck ur spring tho..

  • isn't dry firing your gun bad?

  • on a smart charger, how long does a 9.6 take to charge? because mine took like 2 hours...idk if thats right or not because the battery was HOT even on the smart charger on the 1 amp setting, versus the 2 amp

  • @nukacolamutant101

To figure out how long to charge a battery:

(battery's mAh rating)/charger output (mA - usually written on the charger)) x 1.4(for NiCad batteries, 1.5 for NiMh batteries) = time (in hours).

That'll do it. Get a calculator and punch the numbers.

  • So will a 9.6 battery wear my gearbox down faster?

  • Just put my 9.6 in my ak47 marui and its kickin!!!!

  • hey man great vid, i have exactly the same charger as you and was charging my brand new 9.6 mini for marui ak47. After a few hours the light went yellow into discharge? Can you help?

  • @dogsbie IDK what to say, dude. Mine used to do that... doesn't anymore. lol Didn't do anything special.

  • does that 9.6v battery fit well in the gG36? im trying to find one.

  • @MeghanS1103 Its a tight fit, but it will work. Just practice it so you can do it in games easily.

  • @KYairsoft Will the 9.6v mini fit in a JG m4 s-system

  • @RoyallStunhazz I have yet to find an M4 that a 9.6v will not fit into.

  • i have a classic army m15a4 carbine and i have like a stock battery of 8.4 v 1100 mah but i want to switch to a 9.6 v is this possible without any changes to my gun

  • Personally I like a slower ROF so 8.4's are good for me although if I know I'm sticking semi I'll use a 9.6 because of the better trigger response

  • are all the plugs for the gun to the battery the same?

  • @blackgods100 No there are generrally two types of plugs, they are identical except for size, there is a large one and a small one and you can buy adapters to change between the two.

  • @nicklund23 thank you for the info

  • how long do u charge a 8.4 batery

  • I did it to my crappy m4 and now it shoots a little faster but i want more fps... how do i get that?

  • @ymetwoday most likely you will need a bigger barrel. That would increase both accuracy and fps

  • @ymetwoday you have to change the spring and if it is a crappy M4 that may not be an option. what brand and model is your gun?

  • How long will a 9.6 bolt battery last in an M4A1? I'm trying to figure it out before I get it..thanks a lot

  • @sc81kdeterb that is a really broad question with many variables but typically... anywhere from 1-6 hours

  • is there any way to charge a airsoft battery with no charger or a charger that doesnt fit

  • @manboy183 no

  • and what moron thinks their are circuits in airsoft gun god ur a moron

  • @MyThoughtsNeegah ikr i think the gun is made to shoot not be all high tech like a car or anything

  • @MyThoughtsNeegah If theres a battery, theres a circuit.

  • dont try this at home dry firing an aeg with break it be careful

  • HAHAHAHA i love that how ur giving us all this stuff about taking care of ur guns when ur not even decompressing the spring!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!HAHAHAHAHA

  • how many hours do you charge a 8.4v battery???

  • @CrazyAirsoftKidz same i really wanna know

  • do u use or put ur temperature sensor on?

  • EAHAEHAHE SO slow I THINK I HAVE UPGRADED MTOR

  • @xLycosax you should see it shoot now. Been meaning to post a vid of it for months. I'll let you know when I do post it lol.

  • @KYairsoft ok i have like upgradded motor on my MP5K TM and its so efin fast. its 8.4v see my newest vide oi get alot of WOW's and nice's from people in real life.... it outplays standard g&g motor 9.6v 1400mah on the g&g combo m4

  • how long does it take to charge a small type 9.6 volt with the standered charger i need to know bad so i dont over charge it to test it when its shiped to my house

  • im getting g36c metal parts with 8.4 volt battary with a charger 350 fps for 2,35 euro's

is that a good deal ppl? i pls want comments

  • how do you discharge a battery?

  • @IplayvideogamesX using your battery lol. No, but you can also get a charger/discharger or just a strait discharger... I think discharger pretty much hook up your battery to a lightbulb haha.

  • i have an jg Ak47 charged the battery and it still doesnt work any idea what could be wrong???

  • is it SMART to use a battery with higher volt? and Is it recemended??

  • @henkensol94 that depends completely on the user and what level of airsoft you play at.

For example if you play airsoft with your friends in the backyard, then I would keep my money and go with the same voltage battery that came stock with the gun. However, for more serious airsoft games I cannot find a reason not to get a higher voltage battery.

  • @KYairsoft If it is not a quality airsoft gun the extra rate of fire will put a lot of extra stress on the internals and could break the gun within a few hundred shots. If you are going to upgrade the rate of fire it is probably a good idea to upgrade the other internals as well.

  • i got 2 questions maybe you can answer one is where do i put the batteries when i plug them in 2. will anytype of battery work for anytype of gun i was hoping to buy a ocuple electronic ones. i dont have any guns yet. im gonna buy like a spring gun for a gun to start out on test out. then move up to electronic

  • We have exact same charger :)

  • whats the diffirence between a 9.4 with high mah and a 9.4 with low mah?

  • @CoRRupT6606 Higher Mah is bigger but last longer

  • @CoRRupT6606 A higher mAh will give you more shots fired before you have to charge the battery again.

  • I have a stock JG M4 Commando, do you recommend a 9.6 volt or a lipo battery?

  • @BarCodeTheatre NO! JG is not lipo ready without upgrading. Go with a 9.6v

  • @KYairsoft Oh yea sorry I forgot to mention that if I got a lipo I was going to get a bigger fuse that could handle the lipo.

  • @BarCodeTheatre again, I say no, however, I don't have the experience with lipo batteries to give a definitive "yes." I would only use a lipo if I either 1. bought the gun lipo ready 2. upgraded it to be lipo ready or 3. didn't give a rats ass about my gun and was doing it for the hell of it.

    Thats just me though...

Hope this helped. Please rate and subscribe.

  • 2:40 He must be using Rapid fire perk !

  • whats ROF?

  • @XDTheKingKingTheXD rate of fire

  • @kabeb123456789 I just bought a g36c i live in Canada as well, but i ordered mine through the states from eastcoastairsoft so i didn't need to worry about getting a clear gun, instead i got one i liked. and the gun you're looking at for 97 $ sounds kind of cheap, and will likely break very quick, check the gears and bushings, if they're not metal the 9.6 will melt your gearbox and break your gun.. i recommend a higher priced gun, maybe the jg, or even the tsd gen II mil6 (g36c)

  • i just got my g36c and it came with a 8.4 volt 600 mah and the manyual never said how long to charge what do ido

  • @sizzlinbakinVIDS look on your charger at the output in mah of your charger and divide that into 600 and multiply by 1.4 if it is a nickel metal hydride battery. that will give the approximate amount of time but the battery should be monitored the last hour or so and if the battery gets warm take it off the charger.

  • srry i just started airsoft but i have good guns but whats M.A.H.

  • hey man thx for doing this (im a noob..) so my gun comes with a 8.4v 1100mah battery so will it be ok to use a 8.4v 1400mah battery as long as i dont fire it to long?

    (any1 feel free to answer)

  • @aldaman8 a 1400 mah battery will only enable you to shoot more shots before the battery is drained. you get about 1-1.5 shots per mah hour.

  • that wasnt 20 bb/s lol, but it was pretty quick!

  • do they improve fps or just ROF?

  • @MurdaINCBaller just ROF

  • @KYairsoft and fps...

  • @JLabonte298 ... no. Just ROF.

  • @MurdaINCBaller just ROF substantially. you may see an increase of 2-3 fps but that is all.

  • i have the jg g36... so if i get a 9.6v battery will it fit in the battery department? cuz i dont wanna chance it, then waste my money when i can get something else

  • @snakefanatic1 9,6V Nunchuck Batterys fit with a bit of messing around in the G36C, and with a modification, you can get Smalltype Batterys up to 12V into the Handguard of the bigger G36 (G36K, G36)

  • @snakefanatic1 andromedarr is correct. Its a tight squeeze in a G36c, but you can do it in much less than a minute with practice.

G36k is no problem up to 10.8 in my experience, though I haven't tried it with a 12v.

  • i have the jg g36... so if i get a 9.6v battery it will fit in the battery department? cuz i dont wanna chance and then waste me money

  • I got a 9.6v battery but it is too big for the battery compartment on my jg g36c, but it will fit if i take the black cap off the end. Will it ruin the battery if i cut the plastic and take the black cap thing off?

  • @Roosterfart33 It probably will if you are inexperienced.

The battery should fit. It is difficult but it will after working with it.

  • :D im from kentucky

  • my m4a1 has 410 frames per second(fps) but shoot inaccurate and slow but y

  • @militaryman625 wow. i facepalmed when i read this. frames per second? really? wow.

  • u know u can blow ur fuse using 9.6

  • @bigmaczado4 no u cant

  • @luay19981998 yes u can... idid

  • @bigmaczado4 then u were using some kind of 40 dollar crap

  • @luay19981998 uhh no 200$

  • @bigmaczado4 nope thats a lie

  • @luay19981998 Not lying and im not saying it would wappen i said it could

  • how long does the 9.6 take to charge

  • @26Basketball26 depends on ur mah

  • oh acutally i fixed it it was the motor plugs and the fuse i got a kwa

  • I just bought a G&G Combat Machines M4, the nonblowback version, and when i plugged my battery in after it was done charging for 4 hours it didnt work, it also didnt work when i plugged it in after about 7 hours of charging....Do you know what the problem is?

  • i bought the MRC superbrain 960 (purple smart charger) and i have the stock echo1 p90 battery (mines is 9.6v 1200mah) to charge it...do i just plug it in and go?

  • I have the Echo1 P90, stock everything but I like what it shots. I get about 400 fps with the stock battery (9.6 V 1100 mAh). I am also into RC planes and have about 10 lipo batteries. IMO the best bet I have is a 3-cell 1320 mAh 11.1 V lipo battery. I even have a 4-cell 2650 mAh battery. What would these do to my gun?

  • @LukethedudeDesigns they would increase your rate of fire only. Echo 1 is not wired for long-term lipo use. Its up to you if you want to do that. I do not recommend it until you do the proper things to rewire your gun.

  • @KYairsoft What good is rewiring the gun? What does it change? I'm looking for a longer life, as long as my fps is 350+ and a spray of bullets come out I'm good. I def dont want to hurt my batteries though.

  • @KYairsoft Ohh.. I'm sorry, do you mean change all the wires to handle the higher current?

  • your voice sounds almost like a deeper seth green voice.

    awesome

  • i dont care about RPM that much i have both types but i use 8.4 more

  • What heppens if you over heat your battery by like 1 day??!!! I accidently charges my

8.4 volt for 1 days straight what do I do??? Is it still useable or do I have to buy another

    One??

  • sp the only difference is the rate of fire?

  • how long should you charge a 8.4v (1100mAh) battery with a 9.6v(300mA) charger?

  • aye when i dissasbled my kwa m4 it woludnt shoot and i notced that y battery was getting hot when i was trying to shoot what does that mean

  • @Airsoftalienman idk what you did to your gun but its probably not put back together properly. You said it doesnt work... as in at all??

The battery would just heat up because its trying to(or is) releasing energy. its normal.

  • @Airsoftalienman it means you got a shitty gun or u fuked up the gun

  • lol those are the EXACT same two guns i was deciding between but i ended up getting the G36 and it PWNS

  • @tomtortoise lol i had to mp5k and i just sold to buy a g36 lol! (common guns i guess)

  • hey i have a mp5a airsoft gun its hk and it has a 9.6v battery but i want a higher one do u think my wires will burn if i get a higher volt battery. and i have a video of the gun. so please reply thanks.

  • I have a budget of 50-70 dollars do you know a reliable aeg that i could get?

  • im gettin a 9.6 but i gotta drill a hole in the handel so the gun doesnt over heat

  • Hi, i have a gun with a 8.4v 800mah battery and it came with a 8.4v 300mA charger, how long do i charge it for?

  • the highest 1 i have is a 7.2 volt

  • great review

  • dude since you know the most about battery's if a gun that norm holds like 7.2 volt will like a 8.4 burn it out? cause i don't wanna buy like a 200$ gun...thanks

  • Nice review, helped me alot thx man

  • 20 rounds per second? So every second it shoots 20 bb's? Yeah, sure.

  • Will an 8.4 volt battery charger work on a 9.6 volt battery?

  • I got my gun repaired by Airsoft GI (JG Full Metal M4A1) and to my suprise after they put in a wiring system they DID NOT put a fuse in. Then they reccomended that i use 9.6 and 10.2V batteries. Crazy right? I use a variety of a BEASTLY 7.2V 5200MA battery that lasts a week and has ok ROF ( I play field ) and a 9.6 1600MA. Should i add a fuse or is it really needed?

  • with a high torque motor and a 9.6 my gun will have a nice rate of fire

  • hey nice video and guns..i got a bb m16 with a standard battery and charger

how many hours should i leave it to charge the battery?

  • mine g608 has a 8.4 volt battery and it s faster

  • Hey i have a jg ak47 and recently the motor started moving slowly and won't shoot my buddy told me the battery or charger was broken ( i use a cheap chinese charger that i got from the box ) is it true and anyway i can fix it? thanks

  • can you charge a 8.4 battery with a 9.6v charger, becase i tried it and my battery charged in 30m (slow charger)

  • If you charge your battery after every time you use it, it will NOT increase your life span of your battery. To ensure the longevity of your battery fulfills your needs and expectations you MUST drain your battery completely before charging it. It is bad for the cells to recharge them if they are not depleted. If you don't have a smart-charger with a discharge option their are a few ways to drain your battery. You can either shoot your aeg until completely depleted, or hook your batt. to a light

  • lol, discharge. no but realy i have one of those chargers and they are realy great.

  • What brand is that MP5K? I have a much higher rate of fire with 9.6 volts on mine.
