his recent albums aren't as strong as the older ones, but he still has the ability to make a great song. i'm thinking of this song and "The Trees Have Eyes" off House of God. he's not defining metal any more, but he's still making good music. also, if you're patient with his recent albums, they'll grow on you. it's just that he's sort of in his own little niche of metal, not really related to more clearly defined sub-genres.

I really love King Diamond, and I really like this album, but his videos suck. =P This one is pretty good, relatively speaking though. He's made worse videos. Still, the effects in this video are so cheesy and could have been made on a home computer.
