Why on earth did you put chorus on your acoustic? That kind of ruins the the whole demo. I mean, since when did people start playing with chorus on an acoustic live? If you're going to demo a product, demo it in the taste of the client viewer, which in most cases would never use chorus on an acoustic. Vocals are good though.
I have been playing live gigs for a while and have been using the Digitech VL4 and I am very happy with it, how would you convince me to try TC live2
does it have a hold pedal or button so you are not tap dancing around all night. I owned TC Helicon vocalist before but it was to much of a pain to program in keys for every song
The good thing about voicelive 2 is that you can plug into it you guitar (dedicated input) or keyboard (via midi, input) and it listens to the instrument and creates your baking vocals on the spot according, of course, to your settings. It's a great tool I had one in hand for a short time and now I'm "hunting" to buy one :D
I believe our support team have recently been in touch with you, just wanted to check if you're still experiencing the same issues or whether you'd managed to get it sorted with support's help. Please let me know :).
Hi Joey, it´s stil the same problem - yesterday I bought a MacBookPro - i will check it within the next few days. I'm curious about it if the problem is fixed!
How did it go? If the problems are still there, could you give me the details of your cable, DAW mixer connections and set up (and any other info you think may be important) so that we can continue to help you solve this.
VoiceLive 2 can definitely help you in any live situation. The first thing I would point to would be the adaptive tone and compression that continue to monitor, polish and improve your vocal tone throughout your performance. Also extremely noteable, would be the fantastic reverbs and delays that are offered in many different forms.
Reverb and delay are definitely a key element when imitating the vocal sounds of Mariah / Whitney etc. As far as where to buy it and the cost in Sinagapore, I would reccommend dropping by the Helicon website and using the "search for dealer" function we have there. Hope this helps!
For example with Adobe Audition, or Cubase SL and other applications they handle the inherent latency with USB audio devices automatically. But there are often advance parameters for adjusting for latency.
I work with Cubase 5, I have try everything to fix the latency, and that´s the reason why i asked your support, maybe you can give me a usable answer - it would make me very happy
I've contacted support and they are looking into the issue more, but as of yet they've not been able to reproduce the issue you're experiencing. You may hear from them shortly on a couple other questions that might help them reproduce the issue and troubleshoot with you.
The digital output level fix is being tested, so that will be out soon. Just to clarify, the latency your seeing is when VoiceLive 2 is recording via USB. VoiceLive 2 uses standard windows / mac drivers for audio. So the latency is a function of the computer and the DAW being used.
Really like how you've tastefully used the harmonies here to fatten up key phrases in the song. Great job, worked like a charm! Sounds like you're enjoying your VoiceLive 2. Thanks for posting this and giving me the chance to hear what you're up to. Enjoyed listening :).
Would have liked to hear you sing without it turned on to see the differance it makes to your voice.

Isn't Voicelive2 was built mainly for live performance? Cubase 5 are pain in the ass, I had trouble with every audio USB interface I used it with..

I don´t think that cubase is a pain in the ass, it only can do that what the user are able to do :-)

Hi Joey. I have a couple of questions here.
Silly perhaps....:]
How can the voice live 2 enhance the vocal performance of a singer in a lobby lounge covering mariah, whitney etc.
Where can i find this product in Singapore
and how much does it cost.
Thank you.
