this is just for show off! any other manufacturers have its own private breaktrough hi tech to. for instance, audi registered more than 9000 patents just in the all new 2010 audi A6. they just dont need to bragg about it to get by. mercedes are over priced, overpampered and just as god as any other car. and when they broke down (often) it gets you to rob a bank just to pay tha brokedown!
I am absolutely certain Mercedes Benz have gone to enormous trouble and expense producing this car. It is one of the best cars you can buy. In time I definitely plan to buy this car. Magnificent car.
Friend of mine got one and it is in fact noisier than my E39 BMW 530 .... So that is pure marketing don't believe it. Ask people who drive new mercedes and they will tell you they are noisier than the old ones.

how is it possible that for a new brand model car like E class 2010 we're finding so much clear and complete videos info about tech, performances, liability, design, tests, ..etc etc ?? am afraid of being victim of new marketing strategy...don't you think guys?

The R&D is *REAL*. No one can denied that. May be exagerated a bit ? Yes, maybe. And that's what marketing does. Don't forget this is Mercedes Benz. How the hell they got such a good reputation after those years then ? Because of marketing ? No, because of facts. I don't see anything wrong on selling us R&D this way.
