You could also type in the cheat: moveObjects on.

Go to buy or build and you can sell your adults.

But you do get no money.

put ur mouse over the wall of ur room u wanna paint then hold shift and the whole room sould have that wallpaper then while holding shift clack. u can also do it for flooring =P

what i do is make a family and buy a comeputer fisrt thing thean i have the grown up get on and i pick find own place and i only move the gowrn ups out and thean my sims live alone

or you can just make your teen, an a adult at first and move them into a house by them self, the use the "agesimscheat on" i think is what it is and age them to a teenn(: and they wil b alooooneee :D
