Les œuvres de César Franck sont rarement chantées et là c'est un régal
avec le Maestro Pavarotti.

@DrBenIngle -- Pretty good for a baritone to hit high "Cs." Believe he is definitely a tenor.

@DrBenIngle : If in fact you have a doctorate degree in music, you surely are ignorant of voice types, as Signore Pavarotti was one our premier Greats among lyrico leggiero TENORES of all times.

I love Pavarotti's interpretation of "Panis Angelicus." It has a reverent simplicity with gentle flowing richness. This version captures it all.

Those F# are sublime! Never heard a tenor before make that kind of covering sound like Pavarotti in that note!!! GORGEOUS!!!

@aguacun -- Do you know that Pavarotti is also known as the king of High Cs?
I heard different singers and versions of this song,
but Pavarotti's interpretation with Boy's Choir and
complete Orchestra could not be equaled in our
time. There is only one Pavarotti with his famous
world renown voice.
God Bless Luciano.
