Hard to say, cause no original sound is given to listen. In my opinion, the empress sound more sweet and analog than the strymon. I think i will prefer the strymon at the end, more pristine.
@StephenDeCarloGuitar Both have theirs strengths, honestly I still can't decide. The Timeline has a ton of features, starting with the 200 presets and all the modes available including a kickass looper and digital delay; however, the Empress totally destroys the timeline when it comes to tape delays, filters and modulation. I prefer the empress, even though they both were awesome. Great demo, really showed witch one i prefer. Just out of curiosity, witch do you prefer?

I don't know if it's the settings but i think I like the strymon a bit better. Both sound great though. I wish I had the timeline!
