yea she got pregnant with Jim, but it's still Sam's Body, so technically it's Sam's baby, not Jim..

and i wonder how sam's family would react if they see sam and melinda is gonna have baby, coz i believe that no one knows that its actually jim except melinda, delia, ned, and eli.
