Yeah, I definitely 'hear' something. It's as you guys describe it, a whooshing sound which is different as the dots are being sucked out. I don't hear it, but it seems like there is a sound there every time.

It's like a siren. When the dots get sucked inward, the pitch is lower. When they go back out, the pitch is higher. It goes back and forth from low pitch to high pitch.

I hear a sound, sliding like a trombone in time with the dots, where the high sound is B flat below middle C and the low sound is F#, 1 third below. The tome is like a reedy, bassy church organ, but not overpowering or unpleasant. I don't actually hear it, but it is like the visuals directly access a memory of the sound. I'd be interested to see if variations of this produce different pitch and sound quality. I consistently hear the same tone and pitch.
