It is complete fakery, totally fabricated and nonsense, fashioned around something which never happened. The constant weekly killing on this program and others like it was-especially- bad. I used to watch this program when young and only now when trying to watch an episode

has it become apparent how truly bad it was. Anything could be done and anyone could die, no consequences.

We should not forget that Pa and his boys robbed and stole the land for nothing from the Indians. They were butchered by the million before that. So that we a as kids could enjoy the show. Funny ?

This was one of my very favorites, but It was on after my bed time Sunday nights, so I would try to watch it until my folks would get wise to the clock and make me go to bed. Thank goodness for re-runs and being shown later in the afternoons, I now have some on video too. These are classics and I still love to watch them. Thanks for the memories. I got to visit the ranch once before it closed too. Great Post, Thanks for putting it up.

Oh, this is my favorite serie.. :) Like 10 years ago this serie was on TV here in Finland. I used to watch all of the episodes. After that I made my homework. ;)
