  • damn! I miss fishing those rivers! Colorado trout are ok, but nothing beats a day out there. miss the catfish!!!!!!!!

  • What do you mean in your description by "leaving a lock"?

  • a lock is part of a dam on the river that allows ships to pass between the river before and after the dam (because there is a height difference) There are two gates, on on each side of the lock. If a ship is going from the top of the dam to the bottom, the water level in the lock is raised to match the river above the dam. The ship goes in, the gate closes behind it and the water is pumped out until the level is even with the river below the dam. The other gate opens and the ship sets sail.
