@batterycock The one that sounds like New Order is this band. They changed their style a few times. Their real early stuff was gloomy postpunk type stuff (Check out the song On Our Honeymoon). Then they switched to upbeat synth pop, then finally jangley indie pop type stuff like this track.

you can find it on 'assembly' which is a live album with both of their sarah singles on the end. Their best album is 'here comes everybody' in my opinion, but there's a large shift between the musical styles between 1987-1988(when this single was brought out). just have a listen around and see what you think...
