Thats hilarious that you have convinced yourself that this is a 3 wood. If you know anything about professional golf:

1. Hardly any pro uses titanium on a 3 wood ( for workability reasons ) Listen to the sound and that is not a sound of a steel clubhead

2. Look at the size of the clubhead. Not a 3 wood, and definitely not a Tiger 3 wood.

3. Tiger Woods or any pro golfer in the history of golf has ever teed a 3 wood that high.

Now that he has worked on not dipping so much anymore his swing along with anhony kim´s are as close to technically perfect as humanly possible. Mcilroy´s swing is also technically sound, but he´ll have back problems soon because it puts a ton of torque on his back.

No way. Tiger is the only person in golf with a true one plane swing, andRory has too much movement. Also, Rory has been a pro since 2007 and has one win. How many did Tiger have after three years?

@twilliamson387 Depends on how you look at it. According to Hardy Tiger has a two plane swing since his arms are at a higher plane than his shoulders at the top of his backswing. However yes, you are right in that he follows only one plane which is the shaft plane set at address.

Having spent the last 2 years or so closely following the game of Rory McIlroy I'm starting to think the great man could be in danger of being overtaken.Rory's swing is without any doubt better than Tigers, and when the young man learns how to win a major he is going to be unstoppable.

Rory's swing is not better than Tiger's swing, some parts to it are but overall Tiger is better, he shapes shots better than anybody and can do it when he has to do it and always will be able to do that.

@iiredeye hahaha, boy oh boy, it's not about the swing (although tiger's is better than mcilroys). Mcilroy won't touch what tiger's doing, nobody ever will. The fact that tiger can contend week in week out is just mind boggling. It's Tiger's mental game and putting that separate him from the rest. Mcilroy is promising, but he's just another good player, like Adam Scott was, or Justin Rose. Trust me, mcilroy will not even touch tiger.

@921blood I've played the game on a professional level. I've seen it with my own eyes. What you mean to say is that McIlroy has the prettier swing. Trevor Immelman also has a prettier swing than Tiger. But Tiger has the best swing, because Tiger gets it done time in and time out. Go watch a video of Jack Nicklaus' swing. He also has a better swing than any of these guys. Jack struck the ball better than Hogan, and won 18 majors and 19 second place finishes in majors. That's 37 times.

And if you believe McIlroy strikes the ball better than Tiger, go watch them side by side on the range one day at a tourney. Rory can't work it on command like Tiger. Tiger has always been a superior golfer in every way, possibly except the driver, but we have all seen what happens when he hits the ball in the fairways. GAME OVER.

Tigers swing is nowhere near as good as Rory's rory has hit many more greens in 2009 than Tiger, and his positions in his swing are much beter than Tiger's. What makes Tiger the best is the mental side of the game and ability to hit the shots when its important.
