  • My computer worked without any stickers on the case

  • EXTREMELY slick build man, PROPS.

  • How you find building it? Building my 1st gaming PC in 2 weeks, a I7 2600K cpu, MSI GTX 580 Extreme Edition and MSI G-65 Gen 3 all to be placed inside a HAF X case. Moving from consoles to play BF3 on PC.

  • 04:45 I thought I saw some water droplets. Very nice 1st build. What brand are the 120 mm fans your using?

  • @KoyneKiller nah it was was just new and shiney. they are just some coolermaster ones, i chose them over colour more than anything

  • lol that's why my PC didn't turn on, I have added the case badges/stickers so im go to go thanx.... lol Awesome build btw

  • do you have a sound system?

    how is the system?

  • that is a LOT of red leds

  • Hey,

I've gotten myself this case too, probably gonna keep it to stock settings mostly.. Although i was wondering how you handled the fans? all these plugs, a fan controller?

  • @AbeWWII hey there. the fans on the side panel are running off a Molex connection, the other are running off the motherboard fan headers with splitters

  • @morbidal Allright, thanks for the help!. I'd have to get all these cables from the internet though, Local PC shop doesn't sell them, for some reason.

  • what kind of temperature gage is that on the front?

  • @gprnick its just a temp gauge i got from a PC acessories store, its nothing fancy

  • Good, how heavy is the cpu cooler???

  • @49Moody its not a heavy as it looks, where it was my 1st build, it was my 1st experience with uprated CPU coolers

  • @49Moody The Scythe Mugen 2 CPU cooler is enough big and quite heavy :) You can buy the analogous Noctua NH U12P SE2, which is of a better quality (same or even better cooling), it's some kind smaller. In general, both coolers are very effective and superior. Noctua is more expensive, but I suggest it (I have both these 2) :)

  • What brand are those 120mm fans?

  • where did you get the stickey tabs from i need those i have a HAF X

  • @jmcneish52 you should be able to get them from and good electrical supplies/commputer accessories store

  • @jmcneish52 u get them if u buy their products? I got plenty lol.

  • Love this, :-)

  • I lost my stickers

  • nice man. i cant decide when i build my first pc to have a red or green led theme with the 932. i was thinking green cause i like the way it looked but seeing this red man looks awesome.

  • Very nice! I building a custom haf 932 early next year, I was wondering if with the stock 230 on the side if you can see into the case more than with the 4 fans set up you use.

also was their a reason you choose the 4 smaller vs the bigger stock?

    is their better cooling?

thank you if you or anyone can help! :)

  • @alphaotakux hey there, i suppose 4x120mm fans do block the view more than a 230mm, but you have still gotta look thru a mesh grill to see inside anyways. the reason i went with 4x120 was purely for looks. i would guess these fans do more than the single 230mm fan, but i am pretty sure the stock fans give more than adequate cooling. hope that helps

  • @morbidal Thanks for the answer!

  • @alphaotakux why a HAF 932? Get the HAF X

  • aah so that's why my PC is broken, no stickers :D

  • yea you should paint it it looks alot better . You dont really have to take it all to pieces but u can take off everything thats removible and mask the rest off . Took me 3 hours for me to do mine and it looks alot nicer. Dont have a new vid yet but gonna show my haf 932 painted version. =)

  • STICKERS ON THE CASE ***VERY IMPORTANT

  • Hey, nice setup and good idea with the side panel red LED fans, and myself im building a system with the same case and i wonder if the fans get power directly from the PSu or is there connections on the motherboard?

  • @vikingtruls , thanx man. you can do connect the fans either way, using the header off the motherboard or use a molex -to-fans adapter and run them that way

  • Great video and great quality man! Great voice-quality etc etc. Nice Pc off course! :D

  • Really great cable mamagement, morbidal! Seems impossibile it's your first build. Really good work!

  • Right on, colours and case go very well together. Looks great.

  • once i put in a new soundblaster card it wouldnt start! till i put on the creative sticker.

  • Nice, i'm running the same, just less fan's only got 6 fans i don't do much but game and make tutorials, check my chanell if you need help.

  • Another question....How did you hook up the power connectors to the power supply for the 4 120mm on the case door? Did your PSU have enough connectors? I plan on doing the same thing.

  • hey where did you get the cpu temp lcd, i am looking for one of those. Nice Build Looks like you have be doing this for years.

  • @SylentCommando i got the lcd temp display from watercoolinguk, but you should be able to get them from any good PC accessories store

  • Why didn't you put a 140mm fan in (in the back side)? And are those 120mm fans up top made by Thermaltake? (Nice cable management BTW)

  • @ShadowJ20

fans are cooler master, i couldnt find a 140mm LED fan for exhaust, thats why a 120mm is in there

  • @morbidal which key button for bio setting screen for new computer??

  • what is the cost of the pc please?

  • now you need an air conditioner inside there ;)

  • You assembled it very nicley! I've assembled pcs for ~4years, so I think i can handle pc or two. Or ten. Oh well, to the question. Did those sticky things come with the HAF932 or did you buy them somewhere else?

  • @SiSSoS1337 . Thanx man. Those tabs didnt come with the case, but you should be able to get them from any descent PC accessories store

  • Great job for your first build!

How are those sticky pads for tiewraps called?

  • @HenkAnnieNaald . Not sure what their proper name is, just sticky tabs eyelets for tiewraps

  • These front-panel-connection-cables are way too long, i´ve got a Micro-ATX board, and even then they are about 5 cm too long, and i couldnt doo that good Cablemanagement in the Case^^

  • gr8 1st build. just hope somebody someday will review the asus vento7700

  • Superb job for your first PC build. This is by far the best I've ever seen someone's first build turn out.

  • @Banshee409 thanx man, your comment is appreciated

  • Superb pc how much did it all cost ?

  • nice build for a first try :D money is definately not a problem here :D

  • nice PC, i going to modificate my PC, your PC is a great example :D

  • where you bue the fans whit euros

    and seccond

i have the same processor cooler what you

    :D

  • you know the corsair metal sticker it fits perfectly in the middle of the side panel I also have a HAF 932

  • I heard rumours that PCs wouldn't work with stickers on the side, so i played it safe and put them on the front lol, thanx for letting me know. cheerz

  • Your pc wont work unless u put the stckrs on case.. haha lol btw nice video

  • I would reinstall the 230mm and the 140mm Fans, and set Cold Cathodes in the Case, it will be much quieter as it already is, and you can turn off the Cold Cathodes, when you wanna Sleep while your Downloading Sth

  • can u build one for me please :3 ?

  • I will be sure and remember the stickers lol

  • Where Did You Get Those Fans?

  • Comment removed

  • hey love the p.c i got the same case and i wanna switch out the stock fans. what fans do u have?

  • yeah looking back 12Gb is a bit excessive. I just wanted to maximize the budget. thanx for the post

  • Dude for your first build you did a fantastic job.......well done son!!!!

  • shoulda went with blue led fans, blue = cooler

  • the blue looks gay..u know why? because everyone has it

  • very first?monster pc for ur first build =D..we have the same case btw

  • wtf? in the bigging he said "hi guys, TJ Harlow here" wtf??

  • @kidowner

    ya hes tj harlow

  • isnt tjharlow the other guy? the one named his channel tjharlow? or is tjharlow his real name? :S

  • tj harlow is someone else. He said he was kidding in the beggining. I dont see how its funny , but thats what he said. Plus, TJ is american.

  • in the beggining of this vid right?

    ok.. then..

  • yeah, i just threw in the TJ Harlow thing for a laugh.I know I am not even in his league when it comes to PCs (TJ could have made that pc in his sleep). It was more of a tribute to him as i have learned so much from him and his vids

  • oh i c... well you could have just told in the desciption :P

  • Did the splitters come with your power supply?

  • no,The splitters you see are for the fans running off the motherboard. there are no splitters on the PSU. thanx for the view

  • awesome!! I love the CPU heatsink... does it work with AM3?

I watch TJ also... that guy knows his stuff. :)

  • thanx mate. looks like the Scythe Mugen 2 will fit an AM3, but dont quote me on it. I just know it definitely fits the i7 LGA1336

  • 1:23 lol .. sticks :D

  • Very Nice! I'm building a PC soon, I want rid of this Dell im using!!!

  • wow nice build dude ;)

great work for your first try :)

i agree that the inside should be black "damn you coolermaster" :) good work (Y)

  • How much did it cost???

  • with all the additional fans, cable extensions, cable ties anti static mat and all the other bits and bobs, its about £1200. That excludes the OS

  • sorry dude but i dont think that this would of been your "FIRST" build with a core i7 and 12gbs ram at 1333

  • I am kinda flattered you think that, but I assure you that is my 1st build. If i had built something prior to this, i wouldn't have been using clapped out, 6yr old packard bell you get a glimpse of in my other vid on this PC.

  • awesome PC! if looks friggin amazing, i built my first and only PC 5 years ago, it was a 939 socket build LOL!

anyway. idk if this has been asked but im wondering about the DUST in this thing, soo many fans.. how often do you clean it?

im planning another build and the case im looking at is corsair 800D. but seeing your vid i kinda want this one.

  • yes dust is a Problem. i usually vacuum it every other week. the PC is about 4months old now and probably could do with an air can blast around the inside now

  • Für alle deutsche:

Ab 1 min hören auf "from panel connections,

uuh ds hab ich aber schon vorher gesehn" ^^

  • The case looks nice enough, but its far too small for me and cable management doesnt look great in em (absolute pet peeve that, untidy cables do my head in!)

  • lol this pc is my first built too!

    DDR3 6GB (3x2GB) Corsair, 1600MHz RAM

Procesor AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition, socket AM3, BOX

    XFX HD5870 1GB DDR5 HDMI, 2xDVI, Display Port, DirectX 11 Dirt2

Creative Labs X-Fi Extreme Gamer Retail

    CORSAIR 650W

    Gigabyte MA790FXT-UD5P, AMD 790FX+SB750, S. AM3, 10xSATA RAID

    CoolerMaster HAF 932, Full tower

  • How did you connect all of the fans to the motherboard?

  • as mentioned, the 4 side fans are running off a Molex from the PSU, the 3 on the top (and the bottom fan) are running off 1 fan header using splitters, the 230mm and the rear fan are each running off their own fan headers on the mobo

  • I want a blue front 230mm fan. Is it possible to remove the stock front 230mm fan? (I just ordered mine)

  • yes it can be removed. In my favourites there is a vid of TJHarlow dismantling a HaF932, or just copy and paste

"Coolermaster HAF-932 Build Part 2 (Disassembly)" into youtube

  • can you please tell me what 120mm fans those are in your case... the company name?

  • thats very nice i couldn't belive that that is your first build =D

  • Great job. I regret not getting the HAF 932 case. I have the Coolermaster 690 and it's all cramped inside. It only has one drilled hole in the bottom to route the power supply cables. The HAF 932 on the other hand, has four and are large enough that the cables won't need to rub against each other..

  • Newegg has a promo code so can you get 20 dollars off. So it'll be 119.00. It ends 12/21

  • I went ahead and ordered it. Sold the Coolermaster 690. I am happy with the build. It is very quiet. It is quite cool, so it feels like an air con unit is under my desk.

  • Did you use the promo code from Newegg like I said? It brought the price down to 119. Good to go with a large case because video cards aren't getting any smaller.

  • did you use the coolermaster chassis fan for 120mm replacement? you have to install dust filters mate.. your hardware will get dusty within a month.. i swear! i also got the haf932 and phenom 955.

  • the only original fan is the 230mm front LED fan all the rest have been removed. Yeah dust is a problem, i am vacuuming it out like every other week, but its the price you pay for a cool looking PC. thanx for the view

  • Your first build eh? Great job, except at the top, that 3rd 120m fan is kinda blocked...

  • where do you connect it asus p6t deluxe v2 have a port?and with you motherboard you get a cd with drivers and other, has drivers for windows 7?

  • ok, did you watch get video i sent you that tells you everything about this motherboard? it has USB, Esata and Firewire connections on the motherboards back panel as well. This PC is running Windows 7. If you have any more questions send me a direct message, instead of using the comments box

  • one question more, the connection for the front e sata where do you connect it?because in motherboard there isn't any port.

  • if there isnt an e-Sata port on your motherboard then you wont be able to connect it to the front panel. most modern Motherboards should have it though (i think most MBs have their front panel connection ports along the bottom as shown on mine)

  • your where do you connect it? Asus P6T deluxe V2 have a port?

  • and do you think coolermaster v10 cooler it wiil fit in this case and motherboard?

  • yes of course it will. the case is huge. check out my vids.

  • morbidal,i may buy this kase and motherboard i would like to ask you,all the cables from the front panel you connect them at motherboard?if so did the usb and audio cables apply wi the motherboard or you use anything?

pls anwser me,sorry for my english

  • all the front panel connections (including USB, SATA and Fire wire connectors) all came with the case and are all connected to the Motherboard. I did not buy any extra cables for that

  • so you tell me that you connect front panel conections with motherboard without using anything else,is that correct?

  • that is correct. All the front panel connections came with the case and they are all connected to the motherboard with nothing extra used. thanx

  • Wow looks great, just bought one my self, your build how much did this cost? :)

  • very very good cable management, good work there, like that

nice overall rig too what where you paying for all together ?

sad that the 932 doesnt come with dustfilters, would be awesome =/

  • thanx for the view. Just the pc and all the components was about £1200, thats not inc an OS, antistatic mat, tools, cable ties and wire splitters and all the other odds and sods you find yourself buying! lol

  • i know that from somewhere haha ;D

  • why didn't you use the stock fans?

  • i just wanted to do something that looked different and the Red looks really cool against the black, to give it that Sith Lord look. thanx for looking

  • nice job

im gonna be building my first rig soon and it gonna be similar but i really have to ask, 12 gbs of ram???

  • yeah is a bit excessive, but at the time 12Gb of 1333 was the same price as 6Gb of 1600Mhz and i was advised that 3 lanes of 1333MHz was better than 2 lanes of 1600Mhz. Thanx for the view

  • love the 932 case.. very nice and neat cable management. awesome overall build.

  • Hey real good job on the build, I'm getting this case and am curious which 120mm fans you are using?

  • Thanx mate, those are just coolermaster SilentInternal fans, nothing fancy or expensive. they were the only red LED fans the store I bought all this from had

  • Great looking system, Thanks for the view. I get mine tomarrow 932,Intel i7,Asus R2E MoBo,V8,1000 watt X3 PSU,4 80 gb Velociraptors in Raid0,1TB caviar Black,6gb OCZ Blade 2000 mhz Ram,ATI 4890 1gb DDR5, n wireless card,ect...

  • nice Build man, check out my 932, its similar but diff colors

  • thanx mate, just check out yours, very nice indeed/

  • I have this case with red led antec 120's in mine. I have all the fans like you have plus two more in the bottom three 5.25 inch drive bays from my old antec 900 case. I took the air duct out of it and stuck it in my haf and it really works well. Those two fans are blue led and all are running at 2000 rpm's.

  • and it will be my first build also

  • nice case..the 932 is a little big for me. I think im gonna use the 922
