  • Beautiful oscars, how old are they?

  • 4:35 - is that a Dino Bichir?

  • I just moved and had to unfortunately give away some tanks, but did so to a good home. Going small scale now from 300 to a 40 breeder. I noticed you have some Acei Cichilds.. I have raised Dempsy's and Convicts in the past, wondering how the Acei's are? Thinking of a Pair for the 40 until I go bigger and it's about done cycling for new inhabitants.

  • It has no nice or good parts in it I mean really

  • So dumb.

  • Nice Oscars mate

  • Beautiful oscars! How old are they?

  • how do you keep your tank so clean please help ?

i got jebo 955 filter 600 gal using it in a 200 gal still i gotta do daily 50 % water changes so it can be clean and i got 4 small oscars

  • U should put more fish in there... U got a lot more room in there.... I wish I had a tank like that ):

  • Its awesome to see how the oscars grow excellent set up!

  • 0:37 kissy kissy

  • all the fishes are living peacefully =)

  • Ihave 1

  • thats no ''300 fish tank'' thats like around 50-60

  • @yoron13yo Dude that is so a 300 gallon tank. I have a 55 gallon and mine is not as nearly as this big. :)

  • its 300 gallon, not 300 fish

  • i love the albino oscar man but i cant find any

  • nice vid. i like your sevs.

  • thans a nice fish tank I wish I can get one like that one I will when I hit the lotto lol.

  • I love this tank!!!

  • wow!!! i love your tank

  • is that a BICHIR

  • that tank is absolutely gorgeous!!!!

  • do they eat african cichlid?

  • Is that a pirate ship? OMFG LAME!

  • yer oscars ugly as fuck

  • You should film this tank in 1080p HD, Discovery channel style, and put in some relaxing music and I will buy that video from you for $0.99!

  • i like the bubble maker thing what are those called?

  • beautiful tank, I am still mulling over the idea of mixing my africans with my new world cichlids

  • my god man! that is beautiful!

  • really nice tank dude and good light effects

  • dude if i had a 300 gallon it would be all oscars

  • where do you live in GA

  • Nice set-up. I bet it was rather pricey though.

  • beautiful oscars!

  • is it possible to have an oscar in a 42 gallon tank

  • awesome bro!

  • great tank i have the same ship in mine dont your oscars dig up the plants

  • you have a awesome tank where did you get it?

  • Really great looking fish. they gotta be happy in that huge tank.

  • nice tank set up wished mine looked like that. but it doesnt looks like crap lol

  • what kind of stand is that

  • It was custom built.

  • Your Gold Severum with red/orange fins is particularly beautiful.

  • Where did you get the aquarium at?

  • @slimrs09 Iowa

  • Why haven't the oscars eaten the little fish. My oscars eat any thing that moves, including fingers an inch or two out of the water.

  • @srgtflowers I guess I'm just lucky :)

  • @dewillget8 what is the fish at 0:29?it looks cool!

  • @srgtflowers they are to full from eating the other tiger barbs over the past year or so.. give them time im sure they will finish what they started *grins*

  • @srgtflowers i have flagfish living with my cichlids, and they aren't even bothered. you just have to get a big school of smaller fish, and let the oscar grow up with them, and they most likely won't get eaten!

  • hey dewillget8

i love your tank and i want you to see mine please it wont be a waste of your time. Its also a 300 gallon like your but i lil more diverse and mine isnt as long. So look at my 300 gallon fish tank :) thx.

  • how long should my oscar be? its around 1 year old. how long our yours? please reply

  • Depends on a lot of things. Tank size, how much you feed it, water conditions and etc. I think mine were about 6-8" after the first year.

  • After they were one year old or after you had had them for a year

  • After they were a year old.

  • nice tank dude fair play!!! you could have a bath in it just mind your prawn ha ha

  • how much did you spend on that setup, just the tank and filters?

  • Comment removed

  • 1:07 what's that fish?

  • Gold Severum

  • your tank is awsome. i have to say. anyways does your blues beat up on your oscars. they look kinda scared in the corner. i say that to say this, i know a guy who had smaller cichlids and they beat up the larger oscars. so the oscars stayed in the corner. that guy was me. anyways check ours out. no johhny raincloud stuff. okay. sub if you can.

  • No they leave the Oscars alone. The Oscars are pissed that I ruined the nest they had made that day. I cleaned the gravel and smoothed back over the big nest that they had dug out by the ship :)

Two days later they had it dug back out.

  • hey please post an update

  • Coming soon!

  • You have great looking fish MrO. I tried to leave a coment but kept getting errors.

  • this tank too long ,good for arowana fish.I recommon more height tank better

  • What are you smoking?

  • sweet tank i just got a 56 gallon with 4 small oscars and 2 jack dempsey, they never fight :)

  • Thanks but your tank is WAY overstocked. An adult Oscar alone needs a bare minimum of 55 gallons to handle his bio load.

  • if you keep them together since they were young theres a good chance they'll live together, but if you threw some tiger barbs in an already established tank like that they'd be eaten like feeders

  • No just lucky :) There was over 24 to begin with to cycled the tank. I didn't expect any to make it this long.

  • nice little ecosystem you got here. those oscars are nice.

  • Thanks :)

  • Great job! I've got a 150 with a Tiger O and Lutino as well... may follow your lead and put some SD's in there. Love the Sevs too! What's the dark one? A Turquoise Sev?

  • Thanks. Yes the dark one is a Turquoise. He has beautiful dark blue markins along his body.

  • nice tank your oscars are looking good and apparently seem nice they arnt eating tiger barbs

  • Thanks. Still have 3 Tiger Barbs left and the Oscars act like they aren't even in the tank.

  • Thanks!

  • how do you clean it ? and how much time does it take to clean it ? am planning to buy one but wanted to know what time factor i ll have to pay behind it ,please guide

  • I spend on average about 1-2 hours a week on it. I change 25% of the water weekly and do a complete gravel vac every other week. The custom wet/dry in the next room needs very little maintence and the Ocean Clear canister also needs very little maintence.

  • Nice set up! I love Oscars! I can't believe the Tiger Barbs haven't became dinner...lol

  • Still have 3! I can't believe they have made it this long either, lol.

  • i have an oscar, jack dempsey and a tiger barb, they dont touch the tiger barb they live happily together

  • They have ceramic weighted bases that look like roots. You can find them on eBay.

  • Wow! wish I had the time to make a tank like that

  • wow nice tank!!!

  • Thanks everybody!! Sorry to report that one of the Pictus Cats died during the night. Couldn't see attack damage, just dead. Weird. Everybody else appears healthy.

  • Nice design

  • that lighting in the end is quite amazing

  • amazing.. we don't see the hard work you put into this!! dream tank, if only i have the time and passion for this.. great work great work!

  • wow your tank is awesome. 5 stars

  • Oh my God.. this were my words when i saw your tank... Very very very well decorated and beautiful fish dear.. i am impressed..great job... keep it up

  • How long did it take for those oscars to grow to that size?

  • They are just over a year old in this video.

  • Wow! How do you feed all those? I'd imagine the big fishes would eat all of it, lol.

  • I feed on two sides and everybody seems to get full bellies. Everybody is quick to get their share! :)

  • wonderful tank,Do you have a crawl space or basement ..Thats alot of weight on your floor?Anyway your fish are xcellent, check out mine on my page!

  • Basement and I reinforced it with two beams just to be safe :) Thanks and will do.

  • Your tank is phenomenal,,,,great work....

  • Thanks!

  • what type of fish is that yellow fish that looks like the albino oscar but minus the stripes and a little smaller?

  • It's either the Yellow Lab Cichlid or the Gold Severum that you are talking about.

  • Man I am in love with this fish tank, you got grate taste, it makes me happy to see someone who really cares about their fish.

  • Thanks!

  • beautiful tank! i just bought a 135 for my africans and they love it! I also have 2 oscars, 1 albino and one tiger but the albino is starting to get very agressive so im looking for a new home for them:(,.. and im guessing some of your tiger barbs were eatin, how much does a tank like that cost?

  • Cool, too bad about the Albino, hope you find it a good home. Yup, a lot of Tiger Barbs were eaten as midnight snacks but I expected that. The 3 that are left are SUPER fast though :). It wasn't cheap ;)

  • is that a stick-on background or did you paint the tank?

  • It was painted from the factory.

  • thanks

  • hey whats your secret bro that tank is aweomse and the best part is those oscars man that tank must have cost a fortune anyway keep up the good work

  • Thanks, my secret is weekly partial water changes to keep the nitrates below 20ppm.

  • Beautiful tank, water clarity is top notch (well with your filtration system, I can't imagine it wouldn't be...) Just wondering though, where do you keep the pH?..the Africans and Central American cichlids generally require different pH levels. Very healthy and happy fish though! Great job.

  • Thanks! True if they come directly from the wild. The specimens we get are so far removed from the wild it's not funny. So far they are all thriving around 7.8.

  • Nice clear water. Beautiful tank and fish!
