Wow you seem to balance realy well on your hands!! Can you giveme tips or drills to help me balance better on my hands and some stretches you do to get that flexible :D
@RememberThis1992 Thanks...presses mainly use back, shoulder and some stomach muscles..you could work on getting those stronger. Also you could start like I did in a straddle but kind of jump into it, and over time try not to jump so much..hope this helps :) I used to be able to start on the ground and go up but I'm not that strong anymore.
@iiceybutterfly I used to be a level 8 ish but I hurt my back so I couldn't continue. I still go in every now and then and do bars, beam and some floor :)
