Ok so every one here realizes that this is the story of Moses right? Look people we all need to be aware and look at things as they are; However veggie tales is a bible based childrens show. This conversation is a take on the conversation Pharaoh had when he saw that the children of Israel were growing in population. The point is to get parents to talk to there kids about how it is wrong to try to stop any group of peoples growth
@GorgeousGeek5454 continued . I suggest that if you have a young person you care about watch any show your going to allow them to watch before they watch it. Watch it with them and talk to them about the show after. Be blessed all
You must understand that every ride in Disney World is sponsored by a military industrial corporation. Exxon has a dinosaur ride and RCA owns Space Mountain. RCA, by the way was founded by Freemason, David Sarnoff. As you exit the roller-coaster you get to witness automatons living the life of your future. The "They" know, they're the ones creating it.
Thank you for thinking with your own brain and being awake. Excellent post. Also watch Tom & Jerry Illuminati Pyramid & Satan Worship, 911 b4 911- The Lone Gunmen, Endgame 33rd degree Freemason J. Edgar Hoover attempted for 4 years to recruit Kansas Freemason, Walt Disney into the F.B.I. He felt Disney would do a fine job instilling masonic beliefs into the minds of children. Hoover finally succeeded and Walt Disney's world began.
@steffankaizer Eugenics is nothing more than an excuse for the government (or anyone else) to suggest that someone be sterilised. It has NO factual basis.
Or, if it does, it is easily overcome. It's just used as an excuse to throw away perfectly good human lives.
It's like saying, "Oh, this banana isn't as sweet as the rest of its brothers; it's not useful to anyone. Let's throw it away."
@GenghisKhan44 i dont mean to be rude but i think your very exemple proves my point. just as nobody would throw away a banana just becouse its not as sweet, nobody would sterilise a human being becouse that persons dominant geneset is not the most ideal. but if you want the bananas to be sweet in the future you would not plant the seeds of the most bitter banana to grow into a tree. you would encourage the sweeter bananas to make more ofspring than the bitter ones. it does not have to be extrem.
@steffankaizer An understandable argument. But they, what would we do with all of the sugar, honey, and Splenda in the world? :P Let us have lesser elements, instead of being wasted, put together to make something better than the greatest of elements.
Furthermore, not all bananas are alike. Some are made to be eaten raw, others to be cooked with other foods. So it is with humanity - everyone has different specialities.
For instance, look at Steve Hawkings. A very intelligent vegetable.
@GenghisKhan44 thats right diversity is important. but the specialized bananas are a direct result of breeding them^^ well maybe bananas are a bad example (they can´t even reproduce by themselves because we breed their seeds away) and i don't suggest we do something like that to ourselfs. But why not have people who are especially good in math or people that have exceptionally good vision and so on? we just need to mate with someone with a similar strengths rather than someone randomly at hand^^
@steffankaizer I dunno about that... we've been doing pretty well so far WITHOUT specialised reproduction. Besides, there are a thousand and one different variables - such as the way a person's raised, any genetic mutations that may occur while growing in the womb, whether the family will have enough money to actually raise their kid to become this powerful supergenius, or even if the kid might want to do something ELSE with his life.
@steffankaizer Oh, and that banana analogy still kinda works. The mainstream bananas we buy? That's kinda like what will happen to us as humans if we allow population control. We'll all be made "just so", to the devices of other humans.
But, believe it or not, there are still wild bananas that scatter their seeds as God intended them to. And they will survive because they reproduce the way God made them to - with genetic diversity and randomness.
@GenghisKhan44 i see your point. maybe genes don't play that much of a roll in the forming of a adult person. Still the wild bananas are uneatable. we humans changed them with selective breeding to all the different kinds that have defined properties. but we can't do the same with humans. the individual should select its mate and therefore the gene set of its offspring. we all just have to understand the longterm consequences of this selection. because every individual is a part of this species
@steffankaizer Hm. That is an interesting way of putting it.
Perhaps education in genetics and what happens when you DO get pregnant would be a better form of contraception and discretion before marriage than any condoms, pills, or abortions.
As a Catholic, I'm not a supporter of the above items, but information on the gene pool... hm. I don't think the GOVERNMENT should be allowed to decide who gets to breed with who, but I don't think there would be any harm in informing the PUBLIC...
@GenghisKhan44 exactly we don't need the government to do anything we just need to educate the people so they know what they are doing. awesome! that was one successful debate
@steffankaizer The workers are descendants of Little Joe and his brothers from "The Ballad of Little Joe." "Moe and the Big Exit" is the sequel. The workers represent the Israelites, whose growth Pharaoh tried to curb by killing the Hebrew baby boys. This is actually one of VT's more intense episodes, and the mayor is a particularly dark character for even Nezzer to play.
Interesting way to look at this- although since the original intent of the producers was to have it be a modern spinning of the Exodus narrative, it didn't cross my mind...
wether it's malicious or not -that's irrvelavant. The implication is the same in the mind's of babies. It's a good example of thr further destruction of the minds of children, period. Good post...
I found it more disturbing that they were implying that the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, and the Painted Desert were all created outside of natural forces.
@tribidemp If you pick up that handy book known as a dictionary, and look up the word "spoof," you'll discover that no such implication is being made. Or do you also protest Disney and Warner Bros. for implying that not only will falling 200 feet fail to kill you (after a moment of first defying gravity, no less), but the impact of your body will create a hole in the exact shape of your silhouette?
this is what my kid should be watching veggie tales get him ready for the new world order
