I am having a problem transferring multimedia from my phone to the laptop, though. It worked on my regular computer, but for some reason, not on this one... and it's really starting to annoy me.

I've been trying for like 45 minutes to copy videos from my phone to the PC, and it won't work on this one. I don't know why, except for the fact that it won't connect.

That's my main problem. Whenever I try to connect to the PC, it won't work. Any help?

The back never fell off of my phone.

The problems that do bother me though, you can't zoom in when you're trying to take a picture. Also, the video quality is kind of crappy. The sound is kind of slow whenever I am watching one of my videos, and it's annoying.

The phone isn't 100% bad, though. It's kid-friendly, I have to admit.

But they need to make a newer and better version of this phone. I would appreciate being able to record media such as video w/ it closed. Thumbs up if you agree?

This phone seems very nice, but I would like to point something out. The att Mobile Mail has problems. 1. It limited the amount of text that can be used in a single email (I know, it has happened to me, and this was confirmed by ATT) There are some GOOD email apps that will work on the phone. gmail, and yahoo have them. But there are a few other ones that are good too.

Also, the Opera browser if great. The one that ATT provides on most of the phones really is not all that great. It overloads.

I bought this phone, in the same color and everything. I loved it, it was awesome. After a week WITHOUT DROPPING IT *ONCE* the back stopped fitting on, at first i thought it was just MY phone but then it happened to multiple other people. Then after a couple more months, i didn't drop this phone on anything hard, only my bed and my couch, it just stopped working completely.it would turn off EVERY time i closed it. then i bought the samsung a177 which hurts my fingers so im gettin the sharp fx!(:
