As an advertising student I thought this commercial was beautifully crafted!!! First it engages viewers to go on the website and create content which has become one of the most important things in this industry. Also, most of the things the girl wanted to do in the commercial are things I want to do..She's thinking big not just travel that's boring. Good job guys!
You can do all these things with your spouse and children. To think that you need a "leap list" before you make a "leap" is an selfish and ignorant thought. My wife and I continue to refine our "leap list" which is just called "Our Life List." Get married, its the best decision you will make in life.
Whoever came up with this new ad campaign is my least favorite person in the world. I hate the insinuation that getting married or having a baby will immediately end all ability to have fun or do anything. Marriage & children are two of the greatest adventures in life! Why not do all these "leap list" things WITH your spouse and kid(s)??!!
@lydiagrace521 It's called humor, marriage is commonly portrayed as jail and miserable. Obviously it's not always the case, you just need to not let a stupid car commercial make you come on YouTube annoyed just to be irrelevant and try and give your two cents that 1. is obvious and 2. no one cares. HAHAHA
@AkinBloom 1. There are no jokes in this commercial. 2. Something attempting to be humorous does not excuse it from criticism. 3. Open your eyes and look more deeply at the world so you're not a shill for other people's agendas.
@kab00mKap0w The whole commercial is a joke, no matter how you see it. So there's where you're wrong again and what's your point on it being criticism? Technically it's a metaphor or better just an assumption/humerous idea from experience that has been around in American film for decades. So please save yourself the time and just deal with the fact that Honda made an entertaining commercial, you fucking radical. HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHHAHAHAH
@AkinBloom You're either 12 or you have the mind of a 12-year-old. Either way, you'll just be pissing in the wind with all of your future replies. Have at it.
@kab00mKap0w Oh the reaction from people who have been proven wrong. It sucks you gave up this quick, I still had more to say. Oh well, peace and have a nice day. HAHA

This commercial so stupid. Who says that getting married means an end to adventure? Marriage is just a piece of paper, it is what you make it. If you want it to be miserable, it will be miserable. If you want it to be amazing, it will be amazing!

By pandering to those who shy away from marriage, this commercial only perpetuates the ideas driving that aversion.
