hi i have a few questions hoping you can help me? back in mid spring i had dug out some tulips bulbs and daffodil ones and placed them loose in containers some are in dried dirt still.i didn't plant them in the pots just storing them on the porch outside and they r dry.also i have a hyacinth bulb plant i got back in may will these bulbs be ok to plant in the fall? i live in the northeast? should i have refrigerated them?
