I haven't seen any evidence on the myth of over 90 degree kneel doing great damage to knees.

Look at weightlifters for example, they bend their knees far under 90, and even push up great weights from such a position. Please give me a link to something that can prove this 90 degree kneel stuff please!

First of all he trains so much that all the muscles around his knees are built up which means his knees won't get damaged and secondly he knows how to land in a way that reduces chock on the knees quite a bit
