it would be great if that concept of skating a park for hours without being hasseled was true i was kicked out of my local park by a cop and threatend to be searched by a police dog for being there past "closing" in the last nine years of the park being opened it was never once closed at 7 30 two moths ago they tore down the only park in my area becasue a kid was robbed at gunpoint next to it for an eight of weed i have lost faith in skateparks being a skaters haven

@chefswagger pretty much the same thing happened where i live, although they didnt tear it down yet, but its in the worst place possible, and over the past three years has been turned into a shit hole, and is barely skate able, and the reason why skateparks arent a skaters haven is because they dont make private parks anymore, they just make cheap easy public parks where any scum bag off the street can wander, and start trouble
