need help who ever this videos belongs to send me and answer trying to put twins in a 440 big block my self 1973 Dodge Charger SE or at least were you got yours from
I like GM's and I love Mopars, But I don't like the 440 in a Olds or an Olds 455 in a Charger. But that was a badass 440. I thought it was an Olds vs. a Mopar and was wondering where the Mopar was. I do like how peeps swap 350's into a 74 Datsun 280ZX or a 318 into a Nissan 240SX an a 5.0 into a Miata. That's turning an import into a domstic. Not sacriligious,it's improvement.
You have done a very fine job on building that 440 ,Im working on a project of my own and need to have in put on what you did to you work of art. please get in contact with me ,
If you listen carefully with a good pair of headphones from 1:12 to 1:15. He clearly says twin turbo 425. Which is an Oldsmobile engine, and a good one at that. Just my two ears. Awesome car and engine it is regardless of brand.
@RT440Vert the way i see it, a mopar should go in a dodge, a for should go in a ford, and a chevy should go in a chevy. hybrids make me question, "who's are you loyal to"? you know what i mean?
@sk8forlife90 More mixing & matching should be done. Personally, I have a dream of putting a 426 Hemi in a 68 Mustang body. Mainly because I've seen so many vids where the Mustang wins simply because it weighs less then the large and heavy Charger. Loyalty is totally pointless, life is all about having what you need to get the job done. Why put in thousands to make a particular brand beast, when mixing and matching can achieve the same for ½ the price.
no, thta is a tt 440 chrysler cutlass and he was in the pump gas drags 06 and got put out first round by ken close and his 32 ford big block 598 chevy on the fogger
is it easy to twin turbo a 440 mopar big block?
Typhlosion100 7 months ago
I've owned a few cutlass's like that one, in fact i have a t top one now...I'd rather see a mopar in it than a chevy shit

Yes INDEED!!!!!

Seeing how you can build an Olds cheaper than a Mopar, I highly doubt it's a 440. Even cheaper to build a Chevy, which bolts right in.

lol mo-parts. just the controversy makes me question the mo-parts motor, but a nice car no doubt. mean

@sk8forlife90 LOL dude theirs no such thing as loyalty when it comes to performance.
fatman3336 1 year ago
@fatman3336 depends on the individual, some want to stay loyal, some don't care.
