i have the same setup, 2 cdj 2000 and a djm800. What are the best settings as far as the mixer and fader settings to be set to. more importantly the fader settings, as I am teaching myself but am having some difficulties figuring out what the best setting for scratching
@TheDJBrettHaley i taught myself..best advice is just to get on the decks and practice...just mess around like i do and see what comes out..there`s loads of good tuition vids on here too;)
i would LOVE to learn how to do that stuff!! .. i just got myself the new CDJ2000 decks and the DJM 2000 mixer and its got sooo much ya can do with them..i have got my head around most of the stuff.. but wanna get into scratching .. i been DJing for around 3 years on and off now .. but never could do this stuff.. if you got any tips and hints on how to scratch .. PLEASE let me know! :-D
@BastardVlog my crossfader is in the normal mode...i can scratch "hamster" but prefer it the normal way to be honest.Best to practice both just in case somone wants to battle;o)

I can't really tell, but is your crossfader on reverse? If so, you're pulling off some pretty bad ass crabs...
