  • K-Y-A-R-Y P-A-M-Y-U~

  • Come to South Africa! :P

  • ダンサーさんのキレッぷりがやべぇw

  • I LOVE ABOUT THE BACKGROUND DANCERS :D LIKE LITTLE KIDS THAT DANCE REALLY GREAT :D

  • Its nice to see Kyary's doing well with her career

  • I just noticed the song before her performance, they are singing/spelling her name xD

  • Seriously i think that all japanese people are really pretty!

  • Those kids are kick ass dancers,. They do all the dancing, the main singer,. she just lip syncs,.

  • Those are kids dancing right?

  • @sweetnessluv555 i kept wondering the same thing. wish someone wld clarifyyyyy

  • @roxanya24 Yeah.. They look rather small and nimble soooo

  • @roxanya24 Accoroding to the interview in the latter half of the video, the dancers are all elementary school pupils - under 12 (weren't mentioned about gender, but of course girls). I like their dance. It's energetic and witty. They have fangs painted on their lips. That is related with what Kyary said in the interview. (continued)

  • @arigatas (contd.) Remember, from Japan's traditional view of beauty, a girl's cutely crooked canine tooth is regarded as a charm point (ideally on one side only though), slightly exposed out of the slit of the lips when she smiles, hahaha, you may not believe it... Here Kyary says she wanted a 'yaeba' (crooked canine tooth in Japanese language), or even a fangs like of a wolf, and recently tailored one for attatchement, hahaha, funny girl indeed!

  • @arigatas (contd.) ...and one more thing to add, in Japan, the comical choreography of two arms making Y or V shape particularly refers to the Romanian gymnastic gold medalist of Montreal Olympics, Nadia Elena Comăneci's leotard, who overwhelmed the whole Japan with her charm at that time. This deprives from a gag motion by Japanese comedian/movie director Takeshi Kitano. Anyway have fun on this video...

  • @arigatas thank you so much for the translation + explanation!

  • @arigatas wooaaah some research you did there :-O thank u so much for the info!

  • why doesn't she actually sing? i'm so disappointed!

  • her voice is so nice and she has such a sweet face ^_^

  • That's a different outfit

  • Translation part2;

I wonder the songs I listened to in my childhood may be differently heard as for now...

May the old record player left dusty turn into a time machine to let me regain those feelings!!

Yes, I remember exactly the same taste as those days...

    ... (refrain)

Get a ride on a time machine and remember those feelings and dreams

    ... (refrain)

This song is made by Yasutaka Nakata. (Pon pon pon and Tsukema Tsukeru) He is also famous as the creator for a Japanese idol 'perfume'.

  • @arigatas thank youu =DD

  • Translation part1;

I used to coax a cherry bon bon from gran'ma when I was a child...

She gave to me just once in a while though...

Was just the same excitement as sitting up till late at night...

It's true that I have grown up...and still.., I can recall the same taste as those days...

Cherry cherry cherry bon bon... (refrain)

My cherry cherry cherry bon bon...

  • i freakin love this song i watch it everyday!!!!!!!!!!

  • someone please translate this ! PLEASEE!! >_<

  • @gbiol

(As you may know, a cherry bon bon is a chocolate candy that includes brandy in its core (as far as I know in Japan); so it's a prohibited stuff to children.)

see the translation that follows ...

  • i swear i watch this everyday

  • 微妙かな・・・・・・・。ファーストとセカンドはよかったけどなぁ。曲も、衣装も、振り付けも。

  • 5:57 Mayu Watanabe ?

  • @Vuradisuravu

    You are right.

  • под фанеру каждый может!

  • @Vuradisuravu

    +100500

    Агузарова лучше)))

  • Pamyu Pamyu 很可愛~~

    但伴舞的小男孩(?)超搶戲的!XD

  • I meant a 3 minute song. Sorry if I'm spamming.

  • I meant be a dancer.

  • Keep it up kyary! I love u so much! U r my role model. :)

  • @PhilipEWarren she is not supposed to me a dancer. That's what the dancers r there for. Lol. She can't dance so much or she won't be able to sing well. Alot of movement makes it hard to sing. Especially a 5 minute song. Haha. I love u kyary

  • @XxXxDejaxXxX I usually say this, but not in playbacks xD I think she's not a good dancer (I've watched her other videos) and neither am I, nobody is perfect. The only thing I don't get is why she holds the micro that way. It's awkward xD But I still like her songs ^w^

  • ¿Quién me envió esta pavada a mi cuenta de YouTube? ¡¡¡Éso es lo que me gustaría saber!!!

  • Girls Factory????????? WTFFFFF my god!!!!!!!!!!!

  • the female host look like Aragaki yui

  • Am I alone in thinking that Cuca is a perfect candidate for another dancer if they ever need it?

I'm growing to be addicted to this girls voice, quite honestly. It's scaring me but I love it!

    Janjan

  • me gusta la musica ,pero la danza no y menos con esas niñitas

  • la de akb48 <3 ilove you kyary and akb48

  • Everything will come with the time. I'll continue following her to see how she improves. I enjoy her performances a lot already. And.. I'm happy to see Mayuyu from my favourite idol group and Kyary together. c:

  • Cherry, cherry,cherry bon bon..

  • she moves back and forth for the verse and then moves back and forth and jumps up and down for the chorus

  • @PhilipEWarren They could just had her stand still. Deadpan Kyary comes on pretty cool to me.

  • shes not too good at dancing :(

  • Sadly I don't understand japanese, but I love to hear her voice, so it's a pleasure to watch her in this interview. She is sooo beautiful too! Definitely one of my fav artist of 2011, and I'm pretty sure she will impress me as much in 2012!
