A Bounty hunter couldn't take on a single Jedi, let alone a group of 4 or 5.. She was not a Bounty Hunter. The Sith and Mandalorians worked side by side often, until the end of the Mandalorian Wars. The way she looks and fights, I'd say she's Mandalorian. If not, she was an Adept... she wasn't no weak little bounty hunter though.

It might be only me but the last defeated Jedi, I assume master, reminds me of Ewan McGregor, Obi-Wan from Episode I. While the Sith Lord is looking very much like Vader. This makes the last scene look interesting. At least to me.

That doesn't destroy the entire sith army. Just Malak and the Star Forge. The sith was still an entire military force at that point.

Yes, after the victory of the republic and Malaks death, the sith hid in the outer rim where nobody could find them. As the Sith-Lord says in the video, in 300 years the Sith grew stronger again after their leader's death and became bigger numbers until they were ready to attack the republic again.

Yes, he looks a bit like a mix between Vader and Malak ... well, but he still seems to be a quite cool Sith-Lord. After there isn't very much known about the things happening after KotOR (games and comics) and the films, they have chosen a quite good point of time so that they won't get to much problems with the canon. These scene when the Sith-Lord (forgot his name ...) says "finally ... WE have returned!" and all the red lightsabers turn on in the shuttle is SO cool ... XD
