I'm glad someone put up footage from back in the day when shag had a following in the revival.....funny balboa was lower on the totem pole back then but now it's the opposite. I always say to the current generation how things have changed and not all for the better...this is proof. I miss seeing decent shag

This event took place on the USS Hornet in 2000 and was obviously a costumed affair (my guess is USO WWII). Clever of the videographer to choose to record in sepia for effect. The shag is still enjoying a revival with the current generation ten years later!
