  • We visited this wonderful Oleario in Alatri and were well received by the family. They showed us around the now quiet pressing/processing operation and we returned to the US with a 5 Liter can of this wonderful organic olive oil. It is great to see the tradition of high quality olive oil processing being continued and further developed by succeeding generations. Viva Italia and the Slow Food movement!
